We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship. Average delivery time is 3-5 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order is shipped. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at hello@zoeandmay.com .
I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on returned packages.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it before you can receive a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already shipped, please use our easy return system to receive a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address, what can I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at hello@zoeandmay.com . If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
