1. The return must be made within 14 days.

2. Only items that are unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and undamaged can be returned.

3. The item must be returned in the original box.

4. No tags must have been removed from clothing.

5. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, underwear cannot be returned.

6. The invoice must be included in the package. Otherwise your return cannot be assigned.

After you have registered your return (see "Return registration" at the bottom of the page), send your return package to the following address. The return costs are borne by you. The cost of packages sent freight collect will be deducted from your refund amount.

• Once your returned dresses have been inspected by us, we will let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected.
• Late returns or returns that do not comply with our requirements (see above) cannot be accepted.

• If your return has been accepted, you will be refunded the amount paid - depending on the original payment method. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
• The original shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable.​
• We are sustainable and environmentally friendly. We wrap the clothes in paper. If your order contains 5 (or more) dresses and the entire order is returned, an expense and material fee of 5 euros will be charged.
